Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during sales or busy seasons.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the case of returns or exchanges.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Rock This Way Crystal Shop is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@rockthiswaycrystalshop.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.

Returns & Shipping

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
